Getting Started
How much of the course is written?
185 chapters are published, each in a detailed and a concise version. The syllabus registers 212 topics, so 27 are not written yet. The course page marks which is which.
Is there an AI assistant, notes, or search?
No. None of them exist yet, and you will not find a disabled button for them anywhere. The roadmap lists what is planned, what is built and held, and what was dropped.

How to Use Platform
What is the difference between the detailed and concise versions?
Detailed is for first study; concise is for revision. Both are written from the same plan, so the concise one is compressed rather than cut — nothing examinable is dropped.
Why are past questions shown without answers?
The read that serves past questions returns no answer column at all, so there is nothing for the page to reveal. Answers are shown in a mock attempt, after you submit it.
What does the “Bihar focus” marker mean?
That the material is Bihar-specific rather than national. Roughly half the Prelims syllabus is, which is why it is marked rather than left for you to infer.

Account and Login
Why can I not create an account?
Signup is invitation-only. The privacy notice you would be asked to accept has not been through legal review, and an account cannot lawfully be created against a policy nobody qualified has approved. It opens when that review is done.
What is my password?
There is none. PrepTez emails you a one-time sign-in link instead, so there is no password to forget and none of yours to lose if the platform is ever breached.

Course Access
Is PrepTez free?
Two chapters are readable without an account. The rest require access to the course, priced at ₹750 for 60 days — though you cannot buy it yet, because no payment provider is connected. Nobody has been charged anything.

Mock Tests
Can I sit a mock test?
Yes, if you are signed in. One paper is published: 150 questions, four sections, 120 minutes, with the real exam’s negative marking.
What happens to my answers if my connection drops during a mock?
They are held in your browser and re-sent when the connection returns. If a mark for review has not been confirmed by the server, the palette shows it as not saved rather than pretending it was stored.

Payments
When will I be able to buy the course?
When a payment provider and an SMS provider are connected. Both are external accounts that do not exist yet. The price and the checkout are already built.

Privacy
What do you store about me?
Your email address, a record of which privacy notice you accepted and when, and your own mock attempts once you sit one. There is no table recording what you read or for how long, and none is planned.

Account Deletion
Can I delete my account?
Withdrawing consent works now, from your account page. Automatic export and erasure are not built yet, so deletion is currently a request handled by a person.

How do I report a problem or a mistake in a chapter?
There is no ticket form yet — it is waiting on the same legal review as signup. Include the page address, what you expected, and the reference code if an error page showed one.
