How to report a problem
There is no ticket form yet, and the reason is a legal one. What to include when you report something, and what happens to errors found in a chapter.
There is no ticket form yet, and the reason is worth stating plainly.
A support ticket contains text you write, which is personal data the platform would be storing. Storing it under a privacy notice that has not been legally reviewed, in a database with no deletion path built yet, is not a decision to take quietly. So the ticket form is not built, rather than built and quietly collecting. It is waiting on the same legal review that keeps signup closed and export and erasure unbuilt.
When you do report something, what helps is the address of the page, what you expected and what happened instead, the reference code if you saw an error page that showed one, and — for a factual error — the chapter and the section it is in.
A mistake in the material is not fixed by editing the website. It goes back to the people who write and check the chapters, is corrected at the source, and is republished as a new version of that chapter, so the correction is recorded rather than silently swapped in.
